Custom Products

Customized products are made or configured to the specifications agreed with the customer. Once a custom product has been dispatched, we do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering preference, or customer-requested specification changes, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the confirmed specifications, quantities, and order details before approving a custom order. Any changes after approval may require a revised quotation and schedule.

Standard Products

For standard, non-custom products, contact us at sales@rcdmotor.com before sending an item back. Return eligibility, time limits, product condition requirements, return shipping costs, and refund or exchange options will be confirmed in accordance with the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.

Quality or Manufacturing Issues

If you believe a product has a quality issue caused by the product or our manufacturing, contact us within 2 business days of receipt, where reasonably possible. Please provide:

• Your order or invoice number.

• The product model and quantity affected.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos or video showing the product and the issue.

• Any relevant installation or test information.

Our team will review the information and may request additional details or inspection. Depending on the findings, order terms, and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Please do not return a product until our team provides return instructions.

The 2-business-day reporting period helps us investigate and resolve issues promptly. It does not limit any mandatory legal rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
